What a year!

As the festive period is now upon us, we can reflect on how 2020 has been very different on both personal and business fronts for us all. Even with the magnitude of Covid-19 and the disruption that it has caused, we are delighted to report that we sense a feeling of optimism for 2021.

Over the course of the past year we have been suitably encouraged by the tremendous success story of Euro Garages scheme at Frontier Park, Junction 6, M65 where no less than 450,000 sq. ft. of industrial space is now occupied. A further 275,000 sq. ft. will be delivered in early 2021 with availability from 50,000 sq. ft. In addition, Phase II of the prestigious Burnley Bridge scheme at Junction 9 of the M65 is underway which will deliver 120,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.

It is only natural to be excited by these developments in the region, which will only serve to generate ongoing employment opportunities and investment. This is highlighted by the increase in office take-up in the last few months as businesses look at the way they operate post Covid-19.
