WHAT A YEAR!

As 2015 draws to a close there have been some significant developments that will have wide implications for the market.  At Burnley Bridge, Exertis commenced on site with the largest logistics unit in the North West; whilst in Blackburn, One Cathedral Square 30,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art offices completed adjoining the new 60 bed Premier Inn. 

2016 looks equally promising.
