Designed by internationally renowned architects, BDP, Two Cathedral Square is the final jigsaw piece in the multi-phased regeneration project in Blackburn Town Centre centred around the Cathedral.
Phase 1 comprised a 60 bed Premier Inn with ground floor restaurant space occupied by Starbucks, A Mano restaurant, Turtle Bay and Café Northcote, a new bus interchange and the first cloisters development in the United Kingdom for 600 within the Cathedral grounds.
Five floors of accommodation will be available from 5,220 sq. ft. up to 35,465 sq. ft. with ground floor restaurant and a specification synonymous with Manchester city centre, including air conditioning and fully accessed raised floors.
The developers, Maple Grove, part of the Eric Wright Group, are seeking expressions of interest/pre-lets for the scheme being marketed through Trevor Dawson and Knight Frank of Manchester.
