We are further expanding our building consultancy team by appointing Ian Rawcliffe as an associate director of the firm.
The appointment coincides with our 35th anniversary year and signals an exciting 12 months of growth and celebration.
Ian will be based at the Blackburn headquarters but will work across all three offices – Blackburn, Burnley and Bolton.
Graduating in 1999 with BSc (Hons) building surveying degree, Ian has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2004.
He has previously run his own building consultancy business and more recently spent seven years at Manchester Design and Build where he was responsible for the delivery of a number of new-build, conversion and refurbishment developments in his role as projects director.
