Many milestones have been reached at Frontier Park,the M65’s prestigious new Business Park over the last 6 months.
Phase 1 of 400,000 sq ft is fully let with significant occupiers in MDA, part of the European logistics giant Stacci Group,Royal Sanders and Tek-Dry Systems.
Phase 2 is on site with a further 300,000 sq ft in units from 40,000-120,000 sq ft and will be available to let from November of this year.Talks are already underway with several prospective tenants.
Phase 3 is currently awaiting planning permission and will provide a further 300,000 sq ft for occupation in the Spring of next year.
The 150 bedroom Hampton by Hilton will open later this year adjoining the £6M Eurogarages roadside fuel and retail facility.
