Substantial Mill, Recently Refurbished, Part Three Storey & Part Single Storey

The property comprises of a former textile mill, with a three storey block to the front and a single storey former Northlight weaving shed to the rear.

The three storey section is of stonework construction with a pitched slate roof, a concrete ground floor and suspended upper floors. The Northlight Mill is of both stonework and brickwork under a slated glazed Northlight roof supported on cast iron columns. We understand that the property was constructed around 1907.

The premises have been substantially enhanced over the last couple of years with the works including the demolition of a small office block to create a new purpose built loading bay. An upgrading and widening of the entrance and gate and access has been created around the site with a new ramp, road and car parking for 16 vehicles.

Internally the majority of the property has the benefit of new gas fired central heating and lighting. There has been a production facility created, an upgraded kitchen and protection covers to the cast iron columns to the majority of the accommodation.
