Construction has started on Barnfield Construction’s site at Mill Bank Business Park, adjacent to Junction 4 of the M65, where they are building out their scheme which will be available for occupation in the first quarter of 2023.
Occupying an excellent, accessible location a few minutes’ drive from Junction 4 of the M65, the scheme offers a variety of sized buildings from 13,000 sq. ft. to 35,000 sq. ft. which are available to lease or on a purchase basis.
The units, suitable for light industrial and distribution uses, will be constructed to a high specification with a minimum eaves height of 8.5 metres and will have the benefit of secure yards.
