Welcome to The Deal, May 2020

In our last edition of THE DEAL in February we were upbeat about the prospects for the region in 2020 and the importance of continued development on the M65 corridor. We could not have predicted the challenging times ahead.

However the presence of the M65 and the industry that surrounds it will enable the region to move forward. We are continuing to do deals and in the last 3 months have sold approaching £7M of property.
