Despite the political uncertainty following the recent snap election the property market along the M65 continues to move forward at a pace.

Infrastructure work has now commenced at Frontier Park immediately off Junction 6 which will provide a new inward investment opportunity for Michael Cavannagh East Lancashire and the success of Burnley Bridge continues with the recent completion of a new facility for Fagan and Whalley with plans in place to extend the park with Titanium Court.

Away from property news.we recently held our annual golf day once again supporting Blackburn Youth Zone. It was a great success and news about the event is within this edition of the deal.
