As we embark on our 25 year anniversary in the property business in Lancashire, the first quarter of the year is proving to be one of the most positive starts to the year for a long time as the market reacts to improving economic conditions.
Companies and individuals have seized opportunities as they have arisen in the last six months with the prospect of price and rental increases. Ironically we now find ourselves in the position where we have requirements for clients that cannot be fulfilled because of the lack of stock coming to the market. This is particularly typical in the industrial market where we are desperately trying to persuade developers to build. Those that have the foresight to do so are the winners.Caroline James
