I have pleasure in inviting you to view our latest Newsletter.

In June the weather was cause for concern. How wrong we were! After a long awaited excellent summer the commercial market has kicked into action and optimism is in the air.

In Blackburn the �30 million Cathedral Quarter redevelopment is on site. As we speak the link bridge is being installed at the Burnley Bridge Business Park, which will open up 65 acres of prime development land with direct access off the M65. In Bolton huge infrastructure projects in the Town Centre are nearing completion, including the University which is one of the fastest growing centres in the country.

We are being encouraged by improving economic indicators, particularly in the manufacturing sector at the heart of our regional economy, but we must not lose sight of the challenges on the high street and the need for new housing.
