Whilst we look forward to a busy July/August on the sporting front, is this going to give us all a boost or be a mere distraction?

The good news is that the market is more active than it has been for the last three years, but there is still an air of caution when undertaking property transactions.  Funding remains the real issue, which I am pleased to see is at last being recognised by government.
