We recently completed three industrial deals in the Ribble Valley.
Two units within Link 59 Business Park have recently been let, both units were on the market for a relatively short marketing period with a high level of demand.
We were also recently instructed to market a unit within The Twinbrooks development being undertaken by James Alpe. An investors client purchased the building and we successfully identified a tenant for him within weeks.
Demand for these modern units shows the continued buoyant market within the industrial / warehouse sector especially in high quality locations with occupiers now seeking better quality buildings within the market.
