It is possibly a somewhat laboured point but we are continuing to experience an unfulfilled demand for secondary industrial warehousing units throughout the region. This is particularly evident within the small to medium size sector which has been compounded by the fact that there has been a shortage of speculative development in recent years.
There are still pockets of speculative development, one of which is Wainwright Business Park on Canterbury Street in Blackburn, just off the inner ring road, Wainwright Way. This development of nine units ranging in size from 1,500-2,500 sq. ft. are expected to be completed in the spring of 2020 and interested parties should contact our Blackburn office for further details.
On a larger scale, Frontier Park continues to prosper with agreed lettings and submission for the next phase of development to deliver warehousing units from 50,000-80,000 sq. ft. with a number of smaller units from 3,000-05,000 sq. ft. on the front of the site.
The door at Trevor Dawson is always open to an informal discussion for selling or letting industrial units or land for development. In addition, you may be the owner of an industrial investment opportunity for which there is extensive demand from investors at the present time.
If you are considering your options then we would be delighted to work through them with you so please feel free to give us a call.
