Construction is well underway on two of the most important developments sites to come forward this year in Blackburn.
OMEGA, Philips Road, will provide logistics and manufacturing units from 11,500 sq ft to 73,500 sq ft, eaves heights of 13½ metres, dedicated parking and loading. The steelwork is currently being erected for Unit 1 which comprises a unit of 20,000 sq ft with a prominent frontage to Philips Road. The units will be able to be occupied at the end of September this year. The units are available to lease on a minimum five year term.
