As the wonderful summer weather is upon us, we are continuing to see an active commercial property market throughout the region.

Exciting times lie ahead over the coming months with developments such as Frontier Park clearly visible with the construction of a 185,000 sq. ft. warehouse, petrol filling station and drive-thru to the site frontage at Junction 6 of the M65. In addition, Daniel Thwaites continue to thrive as they embark on their relocation from the existing Blackburn Town Centre brewery site to a state-of-the-art micro-brewery and headquarter offices within the Ribble Valley.

The Blackburn Youth Zone continues to prosper from the great work being undertaken with the youth community.Trevor Dawson held their annual Golf Day recently at Clitheroe Golf Club in order to raise funds for the charity, and are delighted to announce that a figure of £6,500 was raised on the day. We can only thank the generosity and support of all clients, businesses and friends who entered teams on what was an excellent day for all involved. We are already looking forward to hosting the event once again in 2019 and sincerely hope you will be able to support the event once again.
