2017 A year of Opportunity

My predictions for 2016 went beyond expectations and I expect 2017 will bring further opportunities.

As a region we have a lot to shout about. A large entrepreneurial manufacturing and service sector with an appetite for exporting. Caroline James The delivery of built opportunities for business underpins growth and is the challenge for the property sector.

The climate for speculative development has not been this good since the early 2000s and those who understand this will benefit.
