THE DEAL, September 2016
I am delighted to announce the launch of our new website which reflects our optimism and the exciting projects we have been involved with over the last two years since the market recovered.
The main challenge currently is the delivery of new buildings, particularly in the industrial sector where demand continues to outstrip supply.
Where developers have delivered the results are impressive, no more so than at Burnley Bridge where Eshton have just contracted to build a 92,000 sq. ft. distribution hub for road hauliers Fagan & Whalley.
Next in the pipeline is the imminent development of Frontier Park, J6, M65. Watch this space!
