LANCASHIRE CONTINUES TO BOOM
Firstly welcome to the new look deal. Things are continuing to move at a pace along the M65 corridor. Following the news earlier in the year of the acquisition of the Whitebirk site by Praxis for which planning consent has now been lodged. Further big news for the area has just been announced in Burnley.
The confirmation of the new logistics and distribution hub for Exertis at Burnley Bridge Business Park further enhances the M65’s reputation as an area for inward investment.
This development of over 500,000 sq.ft. is due on site in early June and construction of the building will create its own news over the next 12 months.
