In a blink we find ourselves nearing the end of 2013 which I would sum up as “work in progress”.

There is no doubt that activity levels in the market are improving and the banks are taking a more positive view to lending.  Large infrastructure projects are underway in all the main centres which will bring forward private sector investment, but I would stress the importance of partnership between all stakeholders, public and private, to ensure these opportunities are maximised.
