The developer behind one of the largest speculative industrial developments in the North West, Monte (Blackburn) Limited, are pleased to announce completion of a pre-letting to Tek-Dry Systems Limited on their Frontier Park development at Junction 6 of the M65 motorway.
Tek-Dry Systems Limited, part of the Mayflower Pacific Holdings Group, are a specialist global supplier of high-quality thermal process machinery. The company design and supply equipment comprising, dryers, ovens and coolers to a diverse range of industries. Now in their 29th year and having recently located in the Hyndburn area they serve clients worldwide in both food and industrial sectors. They supply equipment to the world’s leading producers of French fries, breakfast cereals, collagen sausage casing, glass, leather fibre, cellulose film production to name but a few.

Tek-Dry Systems Limited have leased 61,000 sq. ft. at Pioneer Court, part of the 400,000 sq. ft. of accommodation currently under construction at Frontier Park.

Frontier Park is already a hive of activity with a services hub to the frontage of the Park incorporating petrol filling station, Spar and Subway shops, Drive-thru Greggs, Starbucks and KFC. In addition, to add to the excellent facilities on site, under construction is the internationally-branded 150 bed Hampton by Hilton Hotel and a 1,400 delegate capacity conference and events centre.
About to complete, FP One will be ready to occupy, extending to 185,500 sq. ft. of Grade A logistics accommodation. The balance of Pioneer Court will be completed over the next few months adding a range of units from 20,000 sq. ft. to 80,500 sq. ft.
