Last week the new services at Junction 6 Frontier Park opened with direct access off Junction 6 of the M65 motorway.
The services form an impressive gateway to the Business Park offering superb amenities not only to the Park but the wider area which will also be supplemented with a hotel and conference centre.
The delivery of the services by the developer, Monte Developments, represents the first phase of a significant investment in the site where currently over 400,000 sq. ft. of speculative development is under construction, with steelwork clearly visible behind the services.
The first unit, FP One, comprising 185,500 sq. ft. will be complete by the end of the year, followed by Pioneer Court in the late spring where units from 20,000 sq. ft. to 80,000 sq. ft. will be delivered. The scheme offers an unprecedented level of specification with eaves heights of 9 and 12.5 metres, 50 metre deep yards, and drive and dock level loading.
Beyond FP One and Pioneer further substantial development plots are available in units of up to 400,000 sq. ft. The site also has an enviable power supply that can accommodate a range of manufacturers and warehouse operators.
“We are delighted with the current level of interest in the site at such an early stage,” commented Caroline James, “now that potential occupiers can drive onto the site and see the progress and the opportunity in such a fantastic location.”
