Expanding plastics recycling company Kedel have now taken occupation of the former British Gas Transport Depot on Oswald Street in Burnley through Burnley Surveyors Trevor Dawson Limited.
The 13,000 sq. ft. portal frame building allows Kedel to construct new processes to assist their manufacture of recycled plastic garden furniture.
“The clear span nature of the building plus the extensive yardage and high power supply was ideal for Kedel who secured the site against a number of manufacturing enquiries,” said Stephen James of Trevor Dawson Surveyors.
Award winning Kedel’s Managing Director, Dermot Walch, was delighted to acquire the building in such a competitive market commenting, “Oswald Street ticked all the boxes for our forecasted growth and secures the Company’s leading position in the industry”.
