A refurbished 3,000 sq. ft. business unit on Clayton Business Park at Junction 7, M65 has recently been let by the Blackburn office to a newly-formed document management company.
Scan House specialises in the professional management of confidential documents including data scanning, storage and shredding. The newly-formed company contacted Trevor Dawson in order to facilitate a suitable location and Junction 7 was identified.
Managing Director, Simon Holroyd, commented, “Due to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect shortly, businesses are becoming under increasing pressure to organise the holding of confidential documentation. Scan House provide paper digitisation with innovative solutions for the search, retrieve and viewing of scanned documents, plus content delivery and redaction services, all delivered online to our customers.
The move to Clayton Business Park happened very quickly once we had agreed lease terms and we are delighted to be up and running in a location that allows us to provide the very best service to our customers.”
