The £50m first phase of Burnley Bridge Business Park has now sold out following the completion of four more deals.
Eshton's Burnley Bridge development welcomed its first occupier in 2014 and the scheme is now home to a variety of companies including Townsend Music, Equinox, Exertis and Fagan & Whalley.
In the latest deals, Rishton Properties has purchased a 6,500 sq ft unit while a private investor has bought the remaining 6,000 sq ft unit.
Meanwhile, a 6,500 sq ft trade counter unit that is currently let on an 11-year contract to Yesss Electrical starting from May 2014 has been sold to Grape Developments.
And Birchall Foodservice, which occupies the 64,100 sq ft Cobalt Building, has bought a two-acre site next to its base with a view to expanding its operations onsite.
James Chapman, managing director of Eshton, said: "Since Burnley Bridge was first announced, we have had strong and constant interest due to its fantastic location and quality accommodation.
"It's great to see the first phase of our development sell out just as we start working on additional accommodation on Titanium Park and Burnley Bridge South sites, both of which will add another 42 acres to the business park."
