Trevor Dawson were instructed to market the property at Global Way, Junction 4 of the M65 in early May 2017, and are delighted to confirm that the sale was concluded within two months in excess of the asking price.
The Global Way complex comprises 115,000 sq. ft. of factory and distribution accommodation together with superb offices and showroom space plus 2.7 acres of expansion land. The complex was being marketed at an asking price of £4.95 million and was sold to Vampire Vape, one of the fastest growing companies in Blackburn.
